Terms and Conditions

Main principles

By using and/or visiting any section of the Website www.bosscasino.eu (hereafter referred to as “Website”) or registering an account, each player agrees to stand by the following regulations:

  • General terms and conditions that described below.
  • Any gambling rules.
  • The Privacy Policy.
  • General terms and conditions which belong to all temporary bonuses, special offers and promotions that may be found on a Website.
  • All above mentioned terms and conditions shall together be referred to as “Terms”.

Before accepting the Terms, please, carefully read them. If you do not agree to accept and to stand by the Terms, do not register your account and do not use the Website. Otherwise, if you continue to use the Website, you agree with the Terms.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

  1. The website is operated and managed by Flavidus Ltd (Emancipate Boulevard 29, Willemstad, Curacao). Company’s business is licensed and regulated in virtue of license number No. 1668/JAZ granted by the Government of Curacao.
  2. All references “we”, “us”, “Company”, and “our” or “Website”, that mentioned in the Terms, are references to the party with whom you are contacting.

2. Changes to the Terms of use

  1. We may change the Terms for a number of reasons, including the commercial one. Changes may be made to comply with the new legislation and regulations or just for customer service reasons.
  2. The Company will inform you by email or by placing a notice on a Website, when will make some changes in the Terms of use.

3. Opening an account

  1. Each client before bet on the Website needs to register (create personal account).
  2. Each player, before creating the personal account, shall be satisfied that gambling is not illegal in his jurisdiction.
  3. Each player shall register personally.
  4. Support team or on-screen instructions will help you with the registration of your account.
  5. When you open your account you will be asked to provide us with some personal details, including your name, contact information, date of birth, an address, phone number and email.
  6. Admitting all the Terms, you confirm that understand and accept, that by using the services of the Website, you may both the win and lose money.
  7. We allow only one account per person household, e-mail address, credit card etc. If more players wish to use the same account, exceptions can be made after proving the identity of all the connected account users. It is necessary to indicate correct and real name.
  8. Players who created multiple accounts with sole intention of taking advantage of BOSS Casino's bonus promotions will not be eligible to receive any winnings made with our bonuses. Furthermore, their accounts will be blocked upon recognition without prior notice.

Statements on deleting of Duplicate Accounts

  1. All actions that were done in Duplicate Accounts become completely null and void.
  2. Any winnings, bonuses and returns which you have gained from the Duplicate Account we call into question and also we may reclaim it. You will return to us all demanded funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.

Deleting and editing the Account

  1. If you wish to open the new account, you need to contact the Manager of our company via email support@bosscasino.eu. If the new account is opened the previous one will be deleted automatically.
  2. You need to maintain your account and keep the details up-to-date.
  3. If you want to close your account, you need to send an official request on support@bosscasino.eu

4. Personal identification

  1. Each registered client warrants that:
    • He is not younger than 18 years;
    • He has a legal age for gambling under the jurisdiction of his country;
    • All funds, which are on client’s account, are legal.
  2. Our Company complies with European and Curacao Laws, legal regulations and guidance for the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing. All suspicious transactions will be investigated. In such case the Company is prohibited to inform the player or third parties involved about the investigation. An exception can be details that an investigation is being or may be carried out or that an information has been or maybe transmitted to the competent authorities. In case of suspicious activity, the Company has the right to suspend, freeze, block, delete or close player’s account and withhold funds according to law or if it is required by the competent authorities.
  3. On our Website all transactions are checked to prevent money laundering and other illegal activity.
  4. If you agree with the Terms, you authorize us to undertake personal identification check, due to our requirements or requirements from the third party (including regulatory authority) to confirm your identity and contact details.
  5. The Company has the right to check the personality of the client under each requirement for withdrawal.
  6. In certain circumstances we may have to contact you and ask to provide necessary information in order to complete the Check. If you do not provide us with required information, the Company reserves the right to freeze or to close your account until you have provided us with information.
  7. If you are a citizen of such countries as Japan, Israel, Iran or China, etc. (where documents are not in Latin characters), the company will request documents in English.
  8. If you do not confirm that you already are 18 years old, the Company has the right to freeze your account.

If it was proved that you are younger than 18 years and you did some actions on the Website, then:

  1. The Company will close your account.
  2. All transactions that were made during this period will be cancelled.
  3. All bets wouldn’t be returned.
  4. Any winnings that you have get during this period will be forfeited. Also you should return us all funds that have been withdrawn from your Account.

5. Login, password and client’s details.

  1. After opening an Account the client undertakes to keep private his login and password.  If you lost or forgotten your password, you can click on “Forgot your password?” link below the login button.

6. Deposits to your account.

  1. To participate in gambling or betting on the Website, you need to deposit money to your Account.
  2. On our Website you can find an information how to deposit player’s account. For nowadays we have the following variants of payment methods: debit cards, credit cards, prepaid cards and e-wallets. If so required, the Company reserves the right to change the payment methods. The Company does not warrant that all payment methods are available all the time. To verify which payment and withdrawal methods that are currently available you can find in the relevant section. 
  3. The Company does not accept cash funds. 
  4. By depositing money, you agree do not cancel and claim back the funds.
  5. Per one transaction you can deposit €1000 as a maximum.
  6. The Company can credit the player’s account, in exceptional circumstances, with the help of so called “bonus money”. The rules and the crediting of the bonus and the amount of the bonus is determined by the company and all information about it sets out on the website.
  7. The minimum deposit required in order to receive deposit bonus is €20 or equivalent in another currency.
  8. The Company reserves the right to forfeit any positive balance on your account in case of reset of the wager or any actions that belong to Duplicate Accounts, conspirations, frauds, criminal activity or fakes.

7. Withdrawals from your account

1. Each client may request withdrawal, if:

  • All payments have been confirmed and already checked and none have been charged-back;
  • Any checks that are described in paragraph 4 have been successfully completed.

2. All withdrawals are made on the same account from which the deposit was replenished.

3. Any limitations of funds will be displayed on player’s profile under the head “My Account – Player’s bonuses”. A player may not withdraw the non-wagered funds. More details about wagering may be found at Terms and Conditions of the Bonuses.

4. Before the withdrawal is processed and paid to player’s payment method of choice, the amount of all non-cashable bonuses that contributed to the winnings will be removed from player’s balance.

5. You are responsible for reporting of winnings or losses to local taxation authorities.

6. Time of the withdrawal depends from the liability of player’s checking. All operations will be done with the following time*:

* For players from Russian Federation and with RUB currency, withdrawal is available only via Neteller. In case an account is from Russian Federation but has a different currency than RUB, withdrawal is available for all the stated above methods except of Bank Transfer.

7. If the account has been blocked, deleted or excluded for any reason, the player may contact to the Support. Our Support team will specify and contact the player with the information of how the funds will be transferred to the player.

8. Due to restrictions of the payment processor the minimum withdrawal amount processed via Wire Transfer is €500. For transactions within EU the minimum withdrawal amount processed with Wire Transfer is €100.

9. Minimum withdrawal amount is €20 or equivalent in another currency, unless explicitly stated otherwise in Terms & Conditions of the specific promotion. If withdrawal is limited (for example if you win with a no deposit bonus), any balance over the maximum allowed amount will be removed from the player’s account after the withdrawal is paid out.

10. Maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is up to €7000 per week and up to €10000 per month.

11. BOSS Casino reserves the right to refuse or withhold any bonus amounts or winnings if the player’s deposited funds were cancelled or denied by the payment service. Successful withdrawals will be paid back to the player’s original method of deposit. If the deposit method account does not support a refund, or if the refund is not possible for whatever reason, withdrawals will be paid to the player via any payment method used by a player to deposit in BOSS Casino in the past.

12. In special cases, usually to prevent money laundering, the cashier will reserve the right to pay the player’s withdrawal via any method even if the player requested otherwise. Withdrawal requests to credit cards which are not refundable will be either issued to an e-wallet of player’s choice or via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft. In this case all processing fees are player’s responsibility.

13. If player accidentally makes a deposit and would like to “undo” it, this is possible only upon player’s explicit request and under the condition that there was absolutely no gaming activity on the player’s account after the deposit was made. Additionally, if player is requesting refunding of a deposit to a credit card, payment processor requires this to be done within 12 (twelve) hours after the first deposit was made.

14. Shall winnings made with the help of bonus shall not be successfully withdrawn within 45 days, from the first withdrawal request, they will be voided.

15. In the event that the BOSS Casino deems in its sole discretion that you have been taking unfair advantage of any bonuses or have executed any other act in bad faith in relation to a bonus promotion offered on the site or by support operators, BOSS Casino shall have the right to block or terminate your account and in such circumstances, BOSS Casino shall be under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in your account.

16. Players who deposited with all available payment methods other than credit cards not enrolled in 3D secure program (Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code) are not required to verify their accounts with documents until their total withdrawal sum reaches €2300.

8. Restricted player groups

Players from the following countries are not allowed to open a player account and/or place any real money bets in the casino: United Kingdom, United States and its territories: United States (US), US Minor Outlying Islands (UM), US Virgin Islands (VI), Taiwan, Slovenia, Hungary and Netherlands.

9. Account verification
BOSS Casino reserves the right to at any time request from player’s copies of personal documents. These are needed for age verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, promotion restrictions, account closure, etc.

The documents requested may include, but are not limited to:

  • Colored copy of your identity document (passport, driver license, ID);
  • Colored copy of the card that you used to deposit in BOSS Casino from both sides with full name on it (for your security you can hide all the card number except of the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the card, also you can hide the CSC/CVV code on the back of the card);
  • The cleared copy of one utility bill with your full name and full address on it mentioned during the registration in BOSS Casino (it can be the utility bill for the electricity, gas, water, Internet, telephone – must not be older than 2 months and include the name of the company and its logo; all the information in this document needs to be printed including the date).

10. Account Limits

1. All requested deposit limits will be monitored by support and handled manually. Once the player reaches the desired limit, further depositing will be blocked. Support cannot prevent the player from making a single deposit that exceeds the desired deposit limit.

2. BOSS Casino reserves the rights to change the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. Terms & conditions are in effect as soon as they are published on this page, but will never retroactively affect the bonus promotions. However, it is the player’s responsibility to check the terms & conditions regularly and prior to claiming any bonuses and making any bets in BOSS Casino.

3. BOSS Casino reserves the right to cancel or alter any promotion or offer at any time without prior notice. BOSS Casino reserves the right to ban a player from receiving the promotions at any time.

4. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions which are published on the BOSS Casino’s Promotions page under each promotion’s descriptive text. By participating in the promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus/es offered by BOSS Casino, the player automatically declares to also accept the terms and conditions for that particular promotion/bonus as well as the general promotions/bonus terms and conditions which are listed hereunder. In the event that a player does not understand how the promotion works, if he is eligible to participate, or does not understand the terms and conditions, the player can contact a member of BOSS Casino’s Customer Support via email, phone or live chat for a more detailed explanation. In case of any dispute, the decision taken by BOSS Casino’s management is final. BOSS Casino also reserves the right to amend, add or remove any of the bonus/promotional terms and conditions and in case of any changes, the date of the last updated version will be published at the bottom of these terms and conditions. Players are kindly requested to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions for any amendments/updates. In case of any differences in the terms and conditions between the English and the other languages displayed on the BOSS Casino website, the English language version will always prevail.

11. Bets and Gaming

  1. You are under obligation to check the correctness of all transaction details.
  2. On the Website you can check the history of all your transactions.
  3. You cannot cancel the bet after its confirmation. At least you will need our written approval.

12. General Bonus Terms and Conditions

Only one bonus offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. bosscasino.eu reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account.

Player can have only one active bonus at a time and can get another one only in case he has no other active bonuses at the moment and his balance is below €1 or equivalent in another currency.

When accepting a deposit bonus, the players’ deposited amount + bonus amount are placed into a “bonus balance”.

Players have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In the case of automatically credited bonuses, players need to contact customer support after completing their deposit to have their bonus removed. For both automatic and manual bonuses, players need to contact Customer Support before any bets are placed and wagering commenced.

Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required in order to receive any deposit bonus is €20 or equivalent in another currency.

When a player receives a bonus and starts playing, he will first start playing using his real money balance, followed by the bonus money balance.

If a player loses his entire deposit and its associated bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.

Once wagering has been completed, the bonus amount and any winnings earned using the bonus balance will become real money and will be transferred to the player’s main account balance.

In the interest of fair gaming, the maximum stake allowed per game round when you are betting with bonus funds is €10 or its equivalent in another currency. Should you place at least one bet higher than this amount in one spin round, you agree that your bonus and any associated winnings made with the help of this bonus will be voided and the initial deposit connected to this bonus will be returned to player's gaming account. The return could be made only in case of withdrawal request from player.

Bonuses offered by bosscasino.eu are solely intended for genuine recreational players only. Bonus/Promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Player betting patterns and activity are constantly monitored and in case of bonus abuse, BOSS Casino reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit. BOSS Casino can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating in BOSS Casino’s promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time as decided by BOSS Casino’s management.

Different game types contribute differently towards wagering fulfilment. For example, if a game type contributes 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet €10, €10 will contribute towards wagering fulfilment.

13. Bonus wagering/playthrough requirements

Since bonuses are essentially free money on your account, certain rules are imposed to avoid instant or near instant withdrawals. These rules are called “playthrough”, “wagering requirement” or “rollover”, depending on the casino. The number accompanying these terms informs you how much money a player needs to place in bets before he/she can successfully cashout the winnings made by playing with the bonus.

Different games or game types contribute differently towards the wagering requirements, depending on the promotion. The games’ contribution is specified in the particular promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Note, that all bets placed on any kind of doubling or gamble feature (for example in Slots and Video Poker games) and all low-risk bets (for example betting on even and odd numbers at the same time in Roulette games) do not count towards fulfilling the wagering requirements.

Bonus promotion requires e-mail verification by either clicking on a link in the promotional e-mail or sending an e-mail to support. Player can unsubscribe from the promotional newsletter at any time.

Until received bonus(es) are still active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole gaming account, including any funds waiting for withdrawal, but not limited to.

Bonus is active while bonus wagering requirements haven't been met.

14. Free Spin Bonuses

Free Spin bonuses have no wagering requirements. That means that any winnings derived from a free spin bonus do not need to be wagered before becoming real cash.

Player cannot receive a free spin bonus being as a separate promotion on the Site while having another active bonus in his account. Player will need to finish playing with the previous bonus first or in case he/she has less than €1 (or its equivalent in another currency) on his balance.

Players from the following countries are not eligible to receive free spin bonuses: North Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea), Iran, Italy, Spain.

15. No deposit / Free money / Cashback / Birthday bonuses

By default and unless otherwise specified, all no deposit/free money/cashback/birthday bonuses have a wagering requirement of 50 (fifty) times of the bonus amount and a maximum cashout of 5 (five) times of the bonus amount.

A player must undergo full KYC procedure which also includes a minimum deposit of €10 or equivalent in other currency before winnings derived from a no deposit/free money bonus is attempted. The deposit amount is then entirely reimbursed to the player in addition to the winnings.

A no deposit/free money /cashback/birthday bonus cannot be issued to players whose balance is greater than €1 and if player has a pending withdrawal.

Players can use a no deposit bonus only if he has no successful deposits in his account to try out casino games and only once per account, address, computer and IP address.

The credited no deposit bonus amount is of €20 or equivalent in another currency.

BOSS Casino’ management reserves the right to change or cancel its bonus program at any given time, for any reason deemed necessary by the management and without pre-advice.

16. Comp Points

Comps or Comp Points (abbreviation of complimentary points) are a type of real money reward that BOSS Casino players receive against any bet placed on the different available casino games.

Our casino games generate points at different rates. The rate is expressed as a percentage, which equals to the fraction of 1 casino point earned with every €1 (or other currency equivalent) bet placed. Any bet, regardless of size count towards earning comp points.

17. Criminal Activities, Fraud, Collusion and Cheating

1. The following activities are prohibited and are regarded as a breach of the Terms:

  • Collusion with the third parties;
  • Using of the cheating and unfair advantages including system malfunction and errors, also using of bots (automatic players) or an exploitation of the “errors’.
  • Frauds, including copied/stolen unauthorized debit or credit cards as a resource for gaming funds;
  • Criminal activities, including money laundering and others criminal intrusions;
  • Funds transfer from one player’s account to another.

2. The Company will take necessary steps to avoid such activities. Also it will be determined insufficient players activities and involved stated measures to prevent them. Our Company is not responsible for players’ losses that were made because of frauds. Also we are not liable for losses that players may have in case of our fraud management.

3. If you find or suspect that the player is cheating, colluding or undertaking the fraudulent activities, please inform our representative immediately.

4. The Company reserves the right to inform the relevant authorities, gaming operators, online service providers and banks, companies that provide credit cards, representatives of e-payments and others financial organizations any details of player’s personality and the frauds. The player agrees to cooperate with us during investigation of the frauds.

5. The Company has the right to withhold and stop the payments if there are any facts of:

  • The price/s or numbers of bets has been manipulated;
  • The results were put-up;
  • Event or game didn’t come to its real finishing off.

6. The Company reserves the right to terminate the games or event in each of the above cases and in any other instances to avoid frauds

18. Other Prohibited Activities

  1. Each client is obliged not to use the Website in racist, indecency, discriminatory and discredited or any other activities.
  2. The clients agree do not damage the Website, do not “spam” it with any information and do not use any features that may affect the function of the Website. Multiple insertions of the “spam” is prohibited. The client doesn’t have the right to change, delete, and edit any information on the Website.
  3. All rights are reserved and it is prohibited to re-edify the Website or part of it without written consent of the Company. The Client is obliged to use the Website in order to personal entertainment only.
  4. The client doesn’t have the rights for no authorized access to the Website, server where they are saved, to the computer with an access to it or database that is connected to it.  It is prohibited to attack the Website like denial-of-service attack or by other means. In case of these terms, the Company will apply to executive authority and cooperate with them, producing all personal details of the client. Also, the client automatically loses the right to use the Website.
  5. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Website or to your downloading of any material posted on such Website, or on any website connected to the Website.
  6. It is prohibited to sell/purchase/transfer of the accounts to other players.

19. Delete and close of the Account by us

  1. We have the right at our pleasure to deny or close player’s account. All contract obligations that already entered into force will be considered.
  2. The Company reserves the right to block the player’s account where were any suspicious transactions. And also to withhold funds according to law or competent authorities.

20. Website modifying

  1. The Company reserves the right to change the product, which is produced on the Website, at any time at its own discretion.

21. Technical failures

  1. The Company is obliged take the appropriate actions to correct the problems, bugs, errors and failures in the software behavior or hardware.
  2. The Company is not responsible for technical failures which are caused by your equipment that uses for the Website or any errors of your provider.

22. Errors and omissions

  1. There are some circumstances when the bet is accepted by the Company or payment is made incorrectly.
  2. The Company reserves the right to correct an error, as for bet, and make all necessary changes of the right details, that are available during the bet.
  3. Neither the Company nor Company partners or suppliers are not responsible for losses, including loss of the winnings, in the result of the player’s or Company’s mistake. Notice that client loses all winnings and losses associated with the error.

23. Breach of the Terms of Use

1. The client shall repair a loss and expenses due to different claims, long-terms liabilities, some losses (including juridical one) that may arise as a result of the breach of the Terms.

2. In case of breach the Terms the Company reserves the right but not an obligation:

  • Provide you with the notice that you commit the breach and require to stop the play that brakes conditions and also be inactive;
  • Close your Account without the right to bet or any other actions on the Website;
  • Freeze an Account without warning;
  • Cancel on your Account all bonuses, payments and winnings that have been affected by any breaches.

3. The Company has the right to close player’s ID code and password, if the Client doesn’t follow established Terms.

24. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All materials: music, sounds, design, texts, graphics, photos and videos, software and its compilation, software codes and any others materials that are on the Website, shall be governed by the rights of copyright and others legislative author’s rights. The Company or licensed third parties that produced us the right to use resources are rights holders. If an information is loaded or printed from the Website, it shall be loaded just to 1 PC and used in personal goal only.
  2. Using of the Website does not give any rights to the player for any intellectual properties that belongs to the Company or third parties.
  3. Clients do not have any right to use logos, names and trademarks that were produced on the Website. Except that one’s, which allowed under the Terms.

25. Personal information

  1. We have the responsible attitude to the rules and requirements of using your personal details.
  2. By providing personal information, you agree that our Company has the right to process data due to Terms or for maintenance of the Website and also compliance with the juridical and statutory requirements.

28. Transfer of rights and obligations

31. Severability

•           All markets (except halftime, first half markets, overtime and penalty shoot-out) are considered for regular time only.

•           Regular 90 Minutes: Markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal.

•           If the market remains open when the following events have already taken place: goals, red or yellow-red cards and penalties, we reserve the right to void betting.

•           If the bet was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, we reserve the right to void betting.

•           If odds were offered with an incorrect match time, we reserve the right to void betting.

•           If a wrong score is entered, all markets will be cancelled for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.

•           If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after initial kick-off date betting will be void.

•           If the team names or categories are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

Tennis Rules

•           If a player or pairing retires or is disqualified in any match, the player or pairing progressing to the next round (or winning the tournament in the case of a final) will be deemed the winner.

•           However, if less than one set has been completed at the time of the retirement or disqualification then all bets relating to that individual match will be void.

•           In case of any delay (rain, darkness...) all markets remain unsettled and the trading will be continued as the match continues.

•           In case of a match is finished before certain points/games were finished, all affected point/game related markets are considered void.

•           In the case a match does not go to the specified number of points/games/sets (ex: 5-sets match but player 1 wins 3 first sets), or if the match is shortened by tournament officials, all bets which couldn’t be settled will be voided.

•           If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void betting.

•           If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void.

•           If a match is decided by a Match tie-break, then it will be considered to be the 3rd set.

•           Every tie-break or Match tie-break counts as 1 game.

Basketball Rules

•           Markets do not consider overtime unless otherwise stated.

Ice Hockey Rules

•           All markets (except period, overtime and penalty shootout markets) are considered for regular time only unless it is mentioned in the market.

•           If a match is interrupted but rescheduled within 48h after initial kick-off all open bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise all undecided bets are considered void.

•           If the market remains open when the following events have already taken place: goals and if odds were offered with an incorrect match time we reserve the right to void betting.

•           If a wrong score is entered all markets will be cancelled for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.

•           If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after initial kick-off date betting will be void.

Baseball Rules

•           The names of the markets do not reflect the actual terms used in baseball. Please take note of the following legend actual terms used in baseball.

•           If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

•           If a player retires all undecided markets are considered void.

Motorsport Rules

•           All bets will be settled on the result at the end of the race, with the podium presentation deemed the official weigh-in for betting purposes. Subsequent disqualifications and amended results do not count.

•           Any driver not taking part in the pre-race warm-up lap and who does not start the race will be deemed as a non-runner and bets on that particular driver will be settled as void.

•           The start of the race shall be deemed as the beginning of the formation lap with any driver starting from the pit-lane also deemed to be a starter for race purposes.

•           Head to head bets will be between two named drivers. Bets will be settled on the driver who achieves the highest race placing.

•           If both drivers fail to complete the race, the driver completing the most laps will be deemed the winner.

•           If both drivers retire on the same lap, either driver does not start or should either driver be disqualified, bets will be made void on both drivers.

•           If there are any disqualifications after the race, then these will be disregarded for the purposes of settlement.
